Why a website?
- There are countless reasons why businesses and individuals around the world need websites but the main reason is most likely the fact that there is no other media on a local and global basis that can reach millions of people.

What are the first steps to own and run a website?
- 1. you need a (unique) domain name - your address on the global internet.
- 2. you need a concept what you want to advertise on your website and how detailed you want this to be.
- 3. you need a web designer to create a website that is as unique as your domain name.
- 4. you need a hosting company to run the website
- 5. and, last but not least, you need to promote your website.

What is the bottom line - the cost?
- If you are looking at websites you will notice that their depth is from a few pages to hundreds of pages. Equally, the features on websites vary tremendously from site to site. For this reason it is impossible to give a simple answer. Once we know more about your requirements, we will gladly give you a detailed quote.

How long does it take to create a website?
- The answer is the same as for the cost. We have created and completed entire websites within three days while we have worked for two months at the various stages of a website. Web design requires a close cooperation between our clients and us as we depend entirely on the size and timing of the material provided to us.

Do you offer hosting services?
- No we do not. Hosting services are very technical and we want our clients to deal directly with the hosting company of their choice (we will be glad to assist with this). We do not want to be middle men or re-sellers. Our business is web design and we are not accepting payment or commission from any party except from our clients. This way, there is never a conflict of interest.

How do we pay? Do you accept credit cards?
- If you would like to pay with credit cards you can go directly to the payment center on this website.

Where are you located? Can we meet in person?
- Our office is located in Westchester County, New York – a 30–60 minutes drive from New York, depending on your location. If you would like us to visit your location we are available by appointment for Thursdays or Fridays each week.

What materials do you need from us if you design our website?
- We depend on our clients' providing all text and images that they wish to have on their website. If the website is bilingual or multilingual you will have to supply the text in all languages. We automatically proofread your text in English and Chinese. If needed, we also offer stock images.

What other services do you provide?
- Besides informational website designs we offer:
1. PayPal 'buy now" function setup
2. Integration and implementation of the Yahoo Small Business program (matching your individual website design)
3. Product photography for online use (not suitable for print or catalog)
